  I only moved into my place recently but I'm already very impressed with the team at McGrath. A few issues came up in the property (no one's fault just things that had worn out over time) and my queries about repairs were answered very promptly and all the work was carried out very painlessly and quickly by friendly and skilled tradespeople. Great to have a real estate who has your back!

  My husband and I are new tenants in a property managed by Paul Italiano. We have both been renters for some years and have were pleasantly surprised by Paul's approach to property management. He has been friendly, professional and made the entire application and leasing process an absolute breeze. Even when we first inspected the property we felt as though we were being treated with respect and consideration, as opposed to the indifference renters usually put up with at a viewing. This is a testament to McGrath as an agency. Really impressed.

In several words - As interstate owners we relied heavily on Michael Divito and the McGrath Northcote office for their expertise to guide us through the sale of our unit. Michael's commitment was exemplary, connecting us to an expert stylist and a thorough solicitor. We felt comfortable at every interaction, with discussion being honest, frank and to the point. Updates after each open inspection were invaluable. On the day, Michael and Stephanie were welcoming as we met for the first time. Michael was outstanding as he moved seemlessly into auctioneer mode, dissolving all nervous tension and bringing forth an impressive result. Definitely a team worth recommending.
