  Some excellent doctors however I am sad they no longer bulk bill health care card holders unless pensioners. Thus they discriminate against the poor and at times receptionists can have a very mean and suspicious attitude to someone not well off who has not realised. The practise has thus alienated both my young adult children and I deplore this. I believe a thriving practise like this should not charge HCC holders a gap to increase their profit. The result is social discrimination.

  Called desperate for an apt only to be told to go to hospital. How is that helpful. Asca regular paying customer you'd think they would accommodate your request for an urgent appointment. Not going back.

  My doctor at Dr of Northcote may run late at times, but it is because she is so thorough and wants to make sure she gives the best of care to all of her patients.

  Very thorough, competent and caring doctors. Have always had extremely positive experiences with different doctors, and feel that they are careful to explain options and testing available. Feel secure in their care.
